So, in 2015, Dmitry Firtash purchased 29% of the shares from Channel One. The remaining 10% is owned by Pegasus Television. So "Inter" and became exclusively the Ukrainian channel. That is, 100% of its shares belong to the companies of Firtash and Levochkin (majority and minority stakes).
Incidentally, according to Boris Krasnyansky, managing director of Group DF, it was planned to buy Inter shares from the Russians for a long time. And it is not known how long this would have lasted if not for political pressure. Thanks to this factor alone, the deal accelerated.
