Do you know what the worst nightmare haunts almost every parent today? Surely, you know ... That’s why today almost everywhere an adult is located next to a child. And if the baby is in the sandbox at his home alone, then the neighbors have the right to declare his parents, accusing them of failure to fulfill their duties.
But a generation of people a little older than middle age still remembers how they were scampering around the courtyard, fearing nobody and nothing, until a long message came from the windows: “Miiishka! Home!" or "Tanyusha, let's go to dinner!".
About 132 Art. The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation few knew then, of course, if he was not connected with the work of law enforcement. It is difficult to say whether there were fewer crimes, or fewer conversations were conducted around them, but the fact remains. We walked without fear of anyone, and parents did not even see first-graders to school. And then about the security at the entrances to children's institutions then they never heard of.
Today, the media is simply overwhelmed with reports of violent acts against youngsters. There, the teacher (!) Forced (this is not an isolated story!) To commit sexual intercourse of adolescents, threatening them with violence or bribing something, and then the young man used the helpless state of a girl under 14 years old, putting a potent sleeping pill in her drink.
These examples are the “mildest” of all the crimes that our media are “teeming” with. And the terms for such atrocities, article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation provides for a minimum - only from 3 to 6 years. Therefore, the parents of these victims, upon learning the terrible truth, usually try to hide it. Moreover, proving a crime is not an easy task.
And the fact that a baby who has been sexually abused remains with a broken psyche for life, apparently, does not worry the creators of laws in Russia. Well, what is 6 years in prison - and the broken fate of a child? And increasingly, the relatives of crippled children take up arms themselves in order to carry out their own sentence - simply kill the rapist.
In the Odnoklassniki.ru social network, users voted on the following status: “Death to rapists of children!”. More than 156,000 people voted for him. But the authorities did not react to this either. Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation remains unchanged.
The law turns out to be a little stricter in relation to a crime of a sexual nature, if it is committed by a group and conspiracy, is associated with the threat of murder or committed with particular cruelty, entailing infection of the victim's sexually transmitted diseases. Here, article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation reports that nonhumans can get up to 10 years in prison! And only in case of death they can be sentenced to fifteen years.
If a person has an incurable cancerous tumor, then it is excised without delay. But the rapist who commits sexual acts in relation to the child, how can it become better, magically turn into a normal citizen after the "imprisonment"? Does anyone else believe in the transformation of a mentally abnormal individual into a respectable citizen? But article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation implies just such an option.
Moreover, talk shows on television, in which such cases are understood, completely shock normal citizens of Russia. After all, they do not so much condemn criminals as they pronounce sentences on everyone: negligent parents who do not meet their ten-year-old daughter from school, teachers who do not conduct extra-curricular activities on the topic: “Fear everyone and everything in their country! Do not say, do not listen, do not believe, do not help anyone whoever turns to you - suddenly this is the same rapist who is hiding under the guise of a “lamb!” And even the victims themselves are "under fire"! In the latter case, the lines of the song: “Because you cannot be beautiful like that!” Serve as the motto of the condemning “true lovers”.
Or maybe you should just revise the outdated law of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 132, not only in the direction of decreasing the age of "minority", but, on the contrary, in the direction of toughening the punishment for any rapist who chooses to sacrifice a person with an unformed psyche?
