Method suitable for most devices
With the advent of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the process of making screenshots has become much easier. Most devices should use the same key combination.
Press and hold the volume buttons at the same time and hold them until you hear a sound or are notified in another way that a photo was taken. In many devices, you can see how a white frame appeared around the screen. As a rule, at this moment, a quick preview of the image captured in the screen is loaded.
Then you can open this photo in the gallery in the “Screenshots” folder. Access to the image is possible via USB. To do this, synchronize the smartphone with the computer and go to the “Pictures” folder, and then “Screenshots” in the internal memory or on the SD card.

Samsung smartphones have a completely different combination of buttons in order to take a screenshot. For Galaxy Note 3 or Galaxy Note 10.1, there are three methods of how to make a screen on Android. Open the settings menu, move the stylus over the display and press the S Pen button to display the following options:

2. Note. Using the Note function, the entire surface of the screen at a particular point in time will be covered, and you can write notes on top of it in different colors if you want to highlight something for yourself.
3. S Pen button. On all Galaxy devices equipped with a stylus, holding down the S Pen button and long pressing the stylus tip on the display will take a screenshot.
