To start it, go to the following address: "Start \ Programs \ Standard \ Scissors". A special window will open. In it, you need to click the left mouse button on the button "Create". Once the area is selected, a second window will open. You can see the final result in it. If everything suits, then save the screenshot. If necessary, repeat this procedure.
