In floriculture publications, a subspecies of the cactus under consideration is often described as lemerocereus edged, therefore we will talk about it.
Characterization of lemerocereus
It is generally accepted that the plant got such a beautiful name on behalf of the famous French professor - botanist Lemaire S. This genus includes six types of cacti, the distinguishing feature of which is the dark green color of the stems from 3 to 8 meters high. The diameter of the flower varies in the range from 6 to 15 centimeters. Lateral shoots are located parallel and close to each other, therefore, in the homeland of these cacti they nicknamed "organs".

Features of caring for lemerocereus
