Before you start doing exercises to improve vision, you need to consult an ophthalmologist. Exercise is contraindicated in people with
retinal detachment; they can exacerbate the problem. With severe tension of the oblique muscle of the eye, retinal rupture, hemorrhage, and, as a result, partial loss of vision and even blindness can occur. Another contraindication is any
eye surgery. After surgery, you need to wait at least six months, and only then you can practice exercises to improve vision.
