So, the whole device is a metal frame (pipe, casing) and a whole set of parts of different sizes.
At the top is the receiving tray, into it we load all the products for processing. From the tray, our semi-finished product gets into the pipe, where the auger is located on the shaft (for convenience we will call it simply auger), it feeds the meat to the knives, and it is they who grind it to mincemeat. Further, through the small holes of the grate (it is held in place by the disk), the minced meat falls into the bowl.
For the process to go, you need to manually twist the auger. We do this with the handle located on the back.

Assemble the shaft
It is better to start assembling by placing parts on the working surface of the table, it will be more convenient. Only when we fully assemble it will it be possible to fasten it to the countertop.
First you need to insert the screw into the casing of the meat grinder. The casing (recall) is the largest part of the meat grinder that is attached to the countertop. Insert the auger into it in front of a large hole. In this case, the shaft should be passed through a narrow hole on the other side of the casing. Insert the knives and grill
Although it is quite simple to assemble a meat grinder, but here there are a number of points that you need to know about in order for the mechanism to work properly and the meat to be ground quickly and without too much effort.
On the wide edge of the screw in the wide hole of the pipe you need to put the knives (they are interconnected and represent a single whole system). You should be very careful here: if you plant knives incorrectly, our mechanism will work, but its productivity will become zero. He will grind the minced meat for a very long time and will clog it all the time. Please note: there is a recess on the grill - it should fall into the ledge on the casing. If this is not done, you can spoil not only the stuffing, but also the grill, and even the mechanism. The protrusion will fall off from the efforts, and the grill will not fit snugly against the knives. And this will result in poor operation of the mechanism.
If everything is done correctly, the grill will fit very tightly to the casing and not protrude outward.

Screw the handle
To complete the assembly of the meat grinder, you need to screw the handle. It is fastened with a special bolt, for which there is a thread on the back (narrow) side of the casing. The screw must be tightened fully.
Some models use special plastic gaskets for sealing. They must be inserted externally into a narrow hole before tightening the bolt. But be careful: in some models, they are just inside.

Verify assembly and installation
To check the correct assembly, you first need to install our mechanism on the countertop. For this, there is a special device below: a square metal plate or special legs for stop and a screw from below.
