Theater History
The Transfiguration Theater (Nizhny Novgorod), whose building photo is presented in this article, was founded in 1990. At first it was just an experimental amateur studio, a creative laboratory. It was created by director Anatoly Malofeev. The status of a professional theater and a municipal institution was assigned to the collective only in 2002. The troupe received its own building in 2009.
