The appearance of a serial killer always shockes the public and causes panic in entire cities. And this is in our days, when society has not been surprised at manifestations of cruelty for a long time, and criminal series are broadcast on federal television channels on a daily basis . But in the mid-80s of the last century, everything was different. Newspapers and television convinced people that "everything is fine in the USSR, but it will only get better." And any, even the most insignificant crime, was considered nonsense. It was at that time that Sergey Golovkin, one of the most famous maniacs of the USSR, also known under the nickname Fisher and Boa, went on a bloody hunt.
Cruelty comes from childhood
In 1959, a boy Serezha was born in Moscow. His parents looked like the “most ordinary” couple: a rather strict and demanding mother and father, a drunken alcoholic. From early childhood, the boy was ill a lot, while the family did not receive enough attention and support. Parents often scolded him than praised for his success. In adolescence, despite his strong physique and high growth, Sergei was considered unattractive - he was very slouching, and his face was covered with acne. According to some versions, in childhood, the boy was subjected to violence, including sexual abuse, from his father. And sadistic procedures like an ice shower were the usual methods of education. It is also known that in his teens Sergei Alexandrovich Golovkin suffered from enuresis and was very worried about this.
How to recognize a maniac in childhood?
Many forensic psychiatrists believe in the truth of the “triad of the future felon” theory. We are talking about a combination of signs and inclinations that manifest in childhood / adolescence in many criminal and antisocial personalities. This is involuntary urination, a tendency to commit violence against animals and pyromania. The diagnosis of "enuresis" was in the card Golovkin up to 17 years. After the arrest, the maniac confessed to his very first crimes. His victim number 1 was a cat caught on the street: he strangled her, after which he skinned and studied the structure of internal organs. I tried Sergey Golovkin and cook in a pan with water on a fire of fish from the aquarium. Unfortunately, the parents of the future criminal reacted to these manifestations of sadism without proper attention.
Short biography of a maniac
At school, Sergei Golovkin did not study very well and was unpopular among classmates. However, to the surprise of everyone, along with the certificate he received a silver medal. After receiving secondary education, Sergei entered the Agricultural Academy, which he successfully completed with a diploma of a veterinarian. An unpleasant incident occurred while studying with a future criminal. Golovkin was beaten by a company of teenage hooligans and received serious injuries. Several teeth were knocked out, his ribs were broken and serious injuries were inflicted. According to some experts, it was after this incident that Sergei began to seriously fantasize about retaliation. At the same time, even in adolescence, dreams of violence against offenders interspersed with sexual fantasies. However, Sergey Golovkin successfully hid all his unusual inclinations.
After graduation, he got a job as a livestock specialist at the Moscow stud farm No. 1. Co-workers describe Sergei as a handsome and calm person. However, at this work he showed some oddities. During insemination and examination of horses, Golovkin had a particularly pronounced interest in the genitals of animals. But, despite this, none of the colleagues complained about the veterinarian, and in 1989 he even received the VDNKh medal for his achievements in the development of horse breeding.
The boa goes hunting
Moscow Stud Farm No. 1 is located in the Odintsovo district, in the vicinity of this enterprise there are forests and meadows, among which there are many institutions for children - mainly summer pioneer camps. Immediately after hiring Golovkin began to study the area and tried to commit his first crime. He caught a boy resting in one of the camps, but he managed to escape and escape. Such a failure greatly shocked the criminal, but he did not give up his chosen life path. After 2 years, in 1984, Golovkin met a boy in the forest who left the camp in order to smoke. This time the maniac began to strangle his victim. But as soon as the boy lost consciousness, the offender was frightened and left. The surviving victim will identify his tormentor in the future.
Who is Fisher?
In 1986, serial maniac Sergei Golovkin committed his first murder. At the railway station, the criminal met a fifteen-year-old teenager and lured him into the forest with threats. Already there, the criminal raped and killed the boy, and then abused the corpse. Two months later, the maniac dealt with his second victim - a vacationer in one of the local summer camps. Inspired by how easily the first murder went, Golovkin scoffs at the corpse much more sophisticatedly - he tries to dismember the body, cuts out some internal organs. After 4 days in the Odintsovo district, the corpse of another teenager with similar injuries was discovered, but Golovkin himself did not admit his guilt for this episode.
Of course, at that time no one could have thought that the terrible crimes in the Moscow Region were committed by the calm and quiet veterinarian Sergei Golovkin. Fisher is the most popular name for a maniac fanatic. For many years, students at night in pioneer camps will tell terrible horror stories about this killer. Interestingly, Fischer, as a person, came up quite by accident with one of the witnesses to this criminal case. A friend of one of the murdered boys told police that he allegedly saw a comrade being taken away into the forest by an unfamiliar man with a tattoo on his arm. And he mentioned that in addition to the decorative elements, the word “Fisher” was also filled.
Investigation progress
The detectives began to search for the criminal, focusing on the testimony of a witness. He described the tattoo as an image of a dagger on his arm entwined with a snake with the inscription. The word “Fisher” itself was most interested in the police - what is this, last name? Or a nickname gained in the criminal world? In the USSR, there were very few citizens with foreign surnames, all the more who managed to visit "places not so distant". First, all Fischers (including law-abiding ones) were checked, then the owners of “fishing” names. Later, all owners of tattoos with daggers came into the field of vision of investigators - and this is a fairly popular figure in the criminal environment. All these checks did not bring any results.

Then the investigation began to develop another version. Sergei Golovkin is a maniac who committed his crimes at the same time as another famous bloody monster - Andrei Chikatilo. Since the killings abruptly stopped in 1986 (the killer found out about his fame and was afraid of being exposed), the version that the criminal was a newcomer was quite logical. Of course, its development also did not bring any results. The investigators were also embarrassed by the fact that among the victims of Chikatilo were women and children of both sexes, and Golovkin preferred only teenage boys.
Lair of the Boa constrictor
Sergey Alexandrovich Golovkin in 1988 becomes the owner of a new VAZ-2103 car. He decides to “mark” such a solid purchase with human blood. Already in 1989, he commits a new murder, picking up a fellow traveler and offering to give him a ride. At the same time, motorist Golovkin, who is still known as a calm and responsible veterinarian, is allowed to build a personal garage on the territory of the stud farm, where he still works. In his new possession, the criminal digs a cellar, which carefully equips under a personal torture chamber. Sergei Golovkin - a maniac with an impressive experience by then. For himself, he concluded that killing in neutral territory is not interesting. After all, having a place where you can act freely and without time limits, you can extend the pleasure for hours instead of tight minutes, and maybe even a day. Especially for his purposes, the maniac makes high-quality soundproofing in the cellar, acquires a baby bath, into which he will later collect the blood of his victims and a whole arsenal of torture instruments.

New victims
In late summer and autumn 1991, the first victims fell into the bunker under the garage. The offender specifically selects teenagers who are dysfunctional in appearance, whom, in his opinion, will not be sought for a long time. Golovkin Sergey Alexandrovich - a maniac who did not hesitate to tell investigators in full about the crimes committed. Excerpts from the protocols of his interrogation shock even police officers who have seen a lot. In his underground lair, Boa constrictor, he was also Fischer, not only raped the victims, but also dismembered them, tasted the entrails, made complex manipulations with body parts and individual organs. As the criminal himself later admits, he received double pleasure from all these actions. He liked to “punish” those teenagers who seemed “bad” to him, and he received sexual satisfaction from the process itself.
In just about a year, from August 1991 to September 1992, the maniac dealt with 8 boys, whose age was 10-15 years. By that time, the killer felt complete impunity, and once he abducted three teenagers at once and killed them. And yet Sergey Aleksandrovich Golovkin miscalculated in something. Fisher and Boa have long been considered two different criminals. But, faced with the need to get rid of the remains, the killer did not come up with anything better than burying them in the very forest where he once committed the first killings. Investigators combined the two cases into one, focusing on the similarity of injuries to victims and bodies after death, as well as the geographical factor.
Scandalous exposure
The investigation received a new course as soon as it was established that after the murder, the dismembered remains were moved to hide from the scene of the crime to the places where they were discovered. The investigators suggested that the maniac lives somewhere nearby in the Odintsovo district, has a car and a certain place where he can quietly commit atrocities from others. Sergey Golovkin also came into the view of the police, his photo as a possible suspect was attached to the case, but no one checked this calm and quiet person seriously. A significant role was played by the Moscow registration of the criminal, primarily the detectives were engaged in those who are registered and permanently reside in the Odintsovo district.
Golovkin met his last victims in the amount of three at the railway station. It is worth noting that the offender killed only the “bad” boys, and he immediately proposed to new acquaintances to rob the warehouses at the stud farm together. The teenagers agreed, but managed to talk about this interesting matter to a friend whom he had met by chance, he refused. When the bodies of the boys were found and identified, the police checked their entire environment. The fourth possible participant of the “robbery” spoke about the last meeting with the dead and pointed to the photo of Golovkin with confidence. After that, the suspect was monitored and then searched in his garage.
Court and sentence
After examining the basement, which became a torture chamber for eight teenagers, the investigators did not have any doubts about the guilt of Golovkin. The maniac himself was shocked by the police visit and fell silent. Quickly enough, Sergey Golovkin, Boa and Fisher for whom became the most famous pseudonyms, spoke up. Calmly and without a drop of excitement, he confessed to 11 murders committed and was not too lazy to recall them with all the details. After hearing such a frank and shocking story, the investigators ordered a forensic examination. The result amazed everyone, experts diagnosed only some signs of schizoid psychopathy, in general, the offender was recognized as sane and aware of all the actions taken.
The trial of the maniac Sergei Golovkin was decided to be held behind closed doors, the whole story was nonsense for the country as a whole. And those who knew firsthand about her, were trying to "deal" with the criminal without trial. Despite all the tricks of the defense, the maniac was sentenced to death. The sentence was executed in 1996. There is a version that Golovkin is the last criminal against whom this measure of punishment was applied.
Unusual facts about the "modest" maniac
The sudden arrest of the maniac was surprised not only by the mother and sister of Sergei Golovkin, but also by everyone who knew him personally. The veterinarian worked diligently, lived alone and was unremarkable in everything. Male colleagues considered Golovkin “a little strange”, and some even called them “underelicts”, but only for the absence of bad habits, family and violent romance novels.
What is noteworthy, during interrogations, the maniac himself admitted that he did not remember whether he had at least once in his life a successful sexual intercourse with a person of the opposite sex and whether women attracted him in principle. Golovkin also said that he consciously abandoned the idea of starting a family, although in adulthood he enjoyed success with women. Most of all, the murderer was afraid of the very idea that he would have sons and that someday he would do the same with them as with all the other dead children.
As soon as all the victims of Sergey Golovkin were identified, and the guilty person was proved guilty, the maniac’s relatives refused to communicate with journalists and the public. It is possible that they simply feared revenge on the part of the families of the victims.
Golovkin himself accepted the sentence calmly. According to his cellmate, he generally behaved detachedly, only occasionally saying that he regrets "the reasons why he ended up on death row."
The fact of the execution of the maniac was not widely covered in the media, and for unknown reasons, officials did not comment on him. But even after Golovkin stopped his earthly existence, the legends of Fisher scared more than one generation of teenagers resting in summer camps.
