The following restrictions are introduced for hand luggage:

• dimensions should not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm;
• up to 8 kg and personal items up to 2 kg are allowed to carry in the economy class;
• in business class - 2 seats up to 8 kg each and up to 2 kg of personal items.

Personal items include a lady’s bag or a computer bag; vehicles and medical equipment.

The baggage allowance has been introduced directly depending on the country of arrival / departure. Baggage from 23 to 32 kg is allowed for transportation. Weight and number of seats depend on the tariff, the selected class and the loyalty program.

Pets are allowed (depending on type) in the luggage compartment or in the passenger compartment. In order to fly with your pet, you need to take care of the documents for it in advance, pay for the transportation and provide food and water. Reservation of tickets for flights with animals is possible at least one day before the expected departure.

Animals weighing up to 8 kg are allowed in the cabin, if the weight characteristics are exceeded, transportation is carried out in the luggage compartment. Guide dogs are an exception to the rule, for which there is no prohibition on the dimensions and weight for staying in the cabin. Transportation of such dogs for owners will cost absolutely free.
