Why not, because history is taught more or less the same in all schools in the world (with a deviation in favor of the state within whose borders learning is taking place). Very few people are willing to question the truth of what they were told at school. If you dare to do this - well then, a surprise will be waiting for you! It turns out that there are a lot of books and video investigations in which archaeologists, geologists, biologists, historians have taken up arms against the existing system of knowledge and present real evidence that we know, to put it mildly, not the whole truth. History is important from the point of view of understanding the meaning of life and existence on Earth. After all, this science, if it was reliable, would give answers to the most important questions for humans. Where did we come from? Was there a creator in man? What is the meaning of life? .. Instead, we study in fairly general terms what was before our era, in more detail - by centuries, by modern times. Life on the planet and the course of events seems to us in movement from the simplest to the most complex. We consider ourselves highly developed beings - in comparison with our ancestors. We can roughly imagine what way a person was walking, how from a monkey we gradually turned into upright creatures with high intelligence. True, there is already a discrepancy with the Christian Bible, but religion is not an obligatory subject, but history is.
