Most later versions of Photoshop support a variety of interface languages, including the great and mighty. If you are a happy owner of a licensed program, but don’t know how to change the language in Photoshop, your problem can be solved elementarily.
Just choose your language
Go to the Edit menu, look at the very bottom, go to Preferences and select Interface. In the bottom block of the UI Text Options, open the list of UI language and select the desired language. Be sure to confirm (OK) and restart the program.
We figured out how to change the language in “Photoshop”, but which Russian doesn’t like to quickly download Photoshop with a “crack”, and even with crack in addition?
Crack for the program "Photoshop"
If you downloaded the crack installer file with the extension .exe, the utility will start automatically as soon as you click on the file icon, and in the window that opens you will be offered either "Accept" or "Refuse". If you have not changed your mind about installing crack, select "Accept."
In the next window you will have to indicate to the utility the path to the place where the files were extracted. By clicking on the "Browse" button, we find and select the directory in which the Adobe Photoshop editor is installed, then click "Extract" and patiently wait for the extraction process to complete. All - "Photoshop" Russian.
Russifier files in .rar format will have to be installed manually. Most likely, you will find the installation instructions in the archive (Readme.txt), having fulfilled the requirements of which, you will teach the editor’s interface to speak Russian, if you have not forgotten that we have already passed through how to change the language in Photoshop.
Additional language packs
Returning to the topic of installing the Photoshop program, it should be noted that the installation package does not necessarily contain the interface languages we need (this applies to licensed and "left" programs). Moreover, even if the necessary languages are in the distribution kit, there may not be the ability to switch between them.
In the event that such a problem as changing the language in Photoshop is not removed even if the necessary languages are available, there are additional language packs for Photoshop of various versions (additional language packages for photoshop cs ...), one of which (for example, for the version CS5) can be downloaded at this address: mfile.org or here: kindzadza.net.
This installer offers packages of Russian, Ukrainian, French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese.
The interface is in English, but it’s enough to know only what Next is, Back, Cancel and OK to accept congratulations on the successful installation of the language pack.
After starting the installer, you will be greeted (Welcome) and will be asked to close all other applications before continuing. Having fulfilled this recommendation, you will proceed to the choice of a package where you only need to put a tick in the right place (and at the right time), and where in “Photoshop” to change the language - you already know.
Using this installer, not only additional languages are installed, but also local help files in PDF format for Photoshop CS5. The installer, the link to which is given above, is not tied strictly to a specific set of Adobe CS5.x. With the same success, it can be used to add languages for Photoshop CS5.1, installed both from Photoshop's own distribution kit and with Design Premium (or Master Collection) in any language set.
There is always something with a screw on a cunning program
The program Adobe Photoshop was created by brilliant people, and they deserve a "brotherly" monument during their lifetime, but they could not even dream that there is one mysterious country on earth where craftsmen fix horseshoes to mosquitoes, and for them such a problem is like changing in Photoshop "language is a mere trifle.
For example, we wanted to temporarily return our English language to our Russified editor in order to, say, perform an action (operation) or rummage through the original help.
It turns out that if you look for the file tw10428.dat and replace only one letter in the extension (for example, instead of writing .dat, write .dad), "Photoshop" will speak in English as nice, and returning the letter to its place, we will restore the Russian one.
It is easier to get to the file tw10428.dat than to the needle of Koshchei the Immortal, but you cannot do without a “magic ball”. As you open the C: \ drive, you will see the Program Files> Adobe> Adobe Photoshop CS5> Locales> ru_RU> Support Files pointer, and here it lies. Right-click on it, select "Properties", change the resolution and OK. Launch the editor, and there everything is already in English.
Here, it turns out how to change the language in “Photoshop” without “surgical intervention” in the distribution structure of the program and “completely legal”.
