- If you are no longer able to endure a wild hunger that literally nibbles you from the inside, you can arrange a light snack. The diet ration is designed for 4 seven-day periods. If losing kilos is not enough for you, and you want to test your body a little more, you can add another 2 weeks. The two-day menu repeats the first weeks of the traditional version of the Maggi curd diet. So, let's get to the consideration.
Breakfast
For four weeks, breakfast remains the same: eat 200 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with 1-2 boiled eggs every day. You can add fruit from the list of products allowed for consumption (it is presented above).
First week
Monday:
- For lunch, only fruits are laid (from the same list above).
- For dinner, eat steamed sea fish (of course, low-fat), you can replace the river (for example, cod), on the cutter - a salad of a couple of cucumbers, carrots and bell peppers. You can also afford a piece of whole grain bread, one citrus (for example, an orange).
Tuesday:
- Cook the chicken breast for lunch.
- For dinner, 200 grams of lean meat, add a side dish of cucumber, tomato, herbs (by the way, it helps in losing weight celery).
Wednesday:
- Lunch repeats breakfast almost completely: low-fat cottage cheese - 200 grams (can be replaced with hard cheese for a change).
- We have dinner with lean meat cooked in the oven with vegetables.
Thursday:

Tuesday:
- For lunch - meat: 200 grams of veal (stew or bake), fruit mix.
- Dine also with fruits, add alternatively either cheese or cottage cheese (150-200 gr.).
Wednesday:
- We dine again with veal (cook, bake, stew), a mix of fresh vegetables.
- Dinner is identical to the previous day: fruit + either cottage cheese or hard cheese.
Thursday:
- Lunch in the form of cottage cheese or hard cheese.
- For dinner, steam or baked chicken (you can replace low-fat fish), a side dish of vegetable salad.
Friday:
- We have lunch with vegetable salad, as the main dish this time - seafood (shrimp, mussels, squids, it is possible to eat fish).
- Cottage cheese (cheese), fruit mix - your dinner.
Saturday:
- For lunch - vegetables, chicken, citrus fruits (one grapefruit or orange).
- For dinner, low-fat cottage cheese with fruits.
Sunday:
- As lunch - chicken breast (cook or stew), two tomatoes, grapefruit / orange.

Third week

Fourth week
We change the format again: the amount of food that you are allowed to eat per day is offered. The time and order of admission is determined solely by you. Breakfast is still the same.
Monday:
- chickens, boiled or steamed - 200 g, vegetable and fruit mixes, you can eat one slice of whole grain bread and one can of tuna in your own juice.
Tuesday:
- the day is less diverse: fresh vegetables (2-3 tomatoes and 1-2 cucumbers), fruits, supplement with a slice of whole grain bread.
Wednesday:
- 400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, vegetables (cook / bake / stew), up to two tomatoes and cucumbers, a traditional slice of whole grain bread, and eat fruit for dessert.
Thursday:
- a pound of boiled chicken, 2 tomatoes and a cucumber, a slice of whole grain bread, a fruit mix.
Friday:
- a couple of boiled eggs (can be replaced with steamed omelettes), mixes of vegetables and fruits - do not forget about the list of allowed products.
Saturday:
- again a pound of boiled chicken breast, your favorite cottage cheese - 200 g, vegetables, fruit mix, a slice of whole grain bread, low-fat kefir.
Sunday:
- on the last day of the diet we eat 400 grams of fat-free cottage cheese, a can of tuna in our own juice, one tomato and a cucumber, a slice of whole grain bread, allowed fruits.
