The formation of an individual image is the key to successful work. A business leader is a key figure. They judge the whole company by it. Therefore, the image of the manager should be carefully thought out.

The image of a person develops throughout life. The following factors affect it:

  1. Parenting. Parents in childhood lay the norms of behavior and individual characteristics.
  2. Experience gained. Over time, the accumulated information affects the image of a person. This experience lays the foundation for professional style and creates the image of a manager.
