A tough mono-diet based on milk is designed for 5 days. Of these, the first 3 days only milk is consumed, the remaining two are introduced into the diet vegetables. Naturally, before use, this milk must be boiled.

On the first day, you need to drink 200 ml of milk at least 2 hours later, on the second - the break is reduced to 1.5 hours, on the third - up to an hour. Two more days are required to prepare the body for a return to solid food. Before lunch, you should also drink only milk, and towards evening you can eat a light vegetable salad. Allowed to drink water.

There is one trick that helps to quickly get a feeling of fullness, and also greatly facilitate the body's absorption of milk: it must be pulled through a tube, in small sips. Subject to all recommendations, such a diet will lose 3-4 kg. An effective milk diet against the abdomen, or rather fat deposits on it, it is for this that it is so appreciated.

However, do not forget that such a diet is a serious shake for the body, therefore, firstly, you will have to give up sports for the duration of the diet, and generally reduce physical activity, and secondly, you need to repeat it no more than once a month. And then only if during this period you do not use other diets.

A fruit and milk diet is a good alternative to mono-diet. It is designed for a period of 3 to 7 days. It, of course, is much easier to transfer, since the calorie content of this diet is higher and the products are more diverse. Only non-sour fruits are suitable for her: apples, bananas, pears, peaches and the like. In addition, the use of honey and raisins in small quantities is acceptable.

The menu of this diet looks something like this: the first breakfast consists of 120 g of low-fat yogurt, one fruit and tea or coffee. In tea, you can add up to 20 g of honey and milk. The second meal is 100 g of any cereal in the water, it is allowed to cook porridge in skim milk. In addition, 125 g of cottage cheese and 200 ml of milk. Lunch: fruit salad seasoned with low-fat kefir or yogurt, boiled egg. Instead of salad and eggs, you can eat 100 g of cottage cheese. They drink kefir or ryazhenka at lunch. For dinner, you need to eat fruit, 125 g of yogurt and a glass of milk.

For 7 days of such a child, you can throw about 7 kg. However, more than once a month, such experiments cannot be repeated with your body. Otherwise, it will already be harmful to health. A milk diet for weight loss is very effective, but it must be used, like any other, with caution.
