Interesting: in the United States, the concept of "lawn fencing" practically does not exist. Only Russian people can order reliable protection for their lawns, trampled down mercilessly, and for Westerners everything is civil, no one will even think to step on the lawn.
Americans cut their own lawns at home every day, and lawn fences perform an exclusively decorative function, made of wood, graceful and painted white.
That is why fences are low fences. Made in the form of openwork forged lattice, they serve only as a warning, and certainly not protection.

What are the standards for lawn fencing?
In general, there are no restrictions as to what the height of the lawn fencing should be, but gratings 70 cm high are considered the city standard. In the conditions of adjoining carriageways, a height of up to 1 meter is allowed.
The choice of the width between the rods depends on the function that the fences will perform: near roads in places where the playgrounds adjoin, it is better to make narrow gaps, protecting small children from the danger of entering the roadway. Frequent grilles are also recommended to protect against animal entry.
The following fences for lawns can be distinguished: welded and forged. The former are a union of finished sections by welding, they are available to everyone and are often used for municipal purposes. Forged gratings are made individually, on order, and installed by clogging supports with plates in the ground.
What is the installation time for lawn fences? It directly depends on the size of the site and the complexity of the order. For example, country barriers can be ordered and installed within one to two days, and the production of a unique design order will take from a week to two months.
Popular forging patterns include willow weaving, royal lilies, and an English garden grill. More often they choose standard intersections of straight lines (vertical picket fence, diamond-shaped weaving, horizontal bars or grating), thereby simplifying the work and reducing the cost of the finished structure. Indeed, lawn fencing is first of all a functional protection of a green lawn, and only then - decoration of a summer cottage.
