Inhale and exhale through the mouth at a slow pace. Relax the abdominal muscles by inhaling through the nose, tighten and inflate the stomach, after a few seconds, repeat the exhalation, as described. Perform three times a day for fifteen minutes.

After you complete the exercise, sit for a few seconds with your eyes closed.

Wave (exercise with acute hunger)

Lie on your back, bend your legs at an angle of 90 degrees, press your feet firmly to the floor. Point one hand to the chest area, put the other on your stomach. As you inhale, retract your stomach; as you exhale, inflate your stomach and retract your chest. The number of repetitions is 40 times. After completing the exercise lie down for a couple of seconds with your eyes closed.

Lotus (exercise stimulates metabolism and restores strength)

Sitting, cross your legs, put your hands with your palms up, resting your wrists on your hips. Straighten your back, slightly open your eyes. For five minutes, alternate deep even breaths. Then concentrate on the inspiration process, trying to perform it as deeply and silently as possible. Perform five minutes, after which return to your usual breathing (10 minutes). Complete the exercise in the same way as the first two.

Exercises from the qigong system are contraindicated for pregnant women, people with problems in the work of the heart, blood vessels, liver and kidneys. The system is not recommended for those who feel weak and dizzy.
