In addition, the body does not immediately acquire the desired shape in this way, and it is this fact that leads to disruptions and even greater weight gain.
One of the ways through which weight loss occurs at a fairly high speed is fasting for weight loss. The results of this type of weight loss system are 1-1.5 kg per day, depending on the characteristics of the body.
The main thing that you should understand before starting fasting, using this system once is pointless. In the event that you are ready to give up food for a while, prepare in advance. Switch to light foods in a few days, reducing serving sizes. And the first course should be no more than 2 days, because fasting for weight loss, the results of which you can observe immediately, is quite a big load on the body.
You should not starve if you have health problems, and the course of fasting is not shown to you by a doctor. Also, do not force the body if during this period of time you are under stress. And even more so, this system is contraindicated for pregnant women and mothers of newborn babies.

Moreover, the days of fasting themselves are tolerated quite easily, and the feeling of hunger visits you less often than with any diet.
