Turn on the computer and go to your favorite site. Everyone has their own favorite resource, most often these are the popular Odnoklassniki, VKontakte, Mamba, etc.
So, we go to our page in the morning and instead of messages from loved ones and loved ones we see the inscription "account validation". What does that mean? First of all, the fact that a virus appeared on the computer. Here are the main reasons for its appearance:
- recently, a flash card already containing this virus was inserted into the PC;
- there is no antivirus program on the computer;
- in the recent past, you visited (intentionally or accidentally) an unfamiliar site on which that virus is located, which has now successfully settled in your place;
- you opened an incomprehensible link from where the link came, also containing this virus.
By the way, any malicious file can be deleted from the computer without resorting to such serious measures as reinstalling the operating system. If your programmer says that this is impossible, most likely he is an amateur or a lazy person.
How is account validation and virus related?
Validation is, first of all, confirmation of the identity of the owner of a specific page posted on the network by linking to it the specified mobile phone number. Each new user of the site goes through this procedure before being able to fully use it (chat, upload photos, etc.). One phone number can be linked to one page on this site. This is done in order to protect the social network from various kinds of robots and spam.
Validation of an account that has been registered in the system for a long time can only be requested if a virus appears on his computer. It is usually accompanied by a request to send some code to the indicated short number or a request to indicate your phone number. These actions will necessarily be followed by the withdrawal of a certain amount of money from your mobile phone number. But this also, alas, does not mean that you will still get to your page. Caught in a similar situation, you should try to remove the virus from your computer yourself. To do this, you need to find the hosts.txt file on it manually or using an antivirus.
If an account validation has been requested, it is by no means recommended to indicate your data on the blocked page of the site , enter a phone number, send short messages to the specified number. In extreme cases, it is advisable to consult a specialist. To prevent this situation from happening again, you need to install an antivirus program on your computer, do not forget to update it and regularly check the system for viruses. A synonym for account validation is the concept of page validation, also associated with the presence of a virus.
From a programming point of view, validation is a check of a site page for its compliance with all the rules of the hypertext markup language (html). This process is carried out, as a rule, during the development of the resource. Site validation is not related to the presence of virus programs. A well-made web page (which does not contain errors in the html code, valid) loads quickly, correctly displays in all browsers. In addition, search robots give preference to just such “right” sites. Therefore, a good work of a layout designer is a guarantee of a high position of a site among their own kind, which means a guarantee of a large influx of visitors and high income of its owner.
Validation of the code is carried out using specially written programs for this purpose. The “correctness” of a site depends, as a rule, on the competence of the specialists who work on it.
