Military training - these are activities that are aimed at preparing (or retraining) for military service. Carrying them out for other purposes is unacceptable. Location and dates are usually designated by the Department of Defense. For military training call on citizens who are in stock. Their duration is included in the total service life. It should not exceed two months, and the total duration of all fees that a citizen passes during his stay in the reserve is 12 months. Further, the frequency of this event cannot be more often than once every three years.
The situation is different if the training is not carried out by an ordinary employee. If the officer is in the reserve of the first rank, then to improve his training he can be called up annually for a maximum of three months; in the reserve of the second category - twice (for a maximum of three months) for five years, and if he is in the reserve of the third category, he may be called up once for a two-month collection.
If a citizen succeeds in passing all the tests provided by the Ministry of Defense, he can receive a military rank on the special recommendation of the head . However, this may not be more than two times during the entire stay in stock. Thus, the commissioner can represent an ordinary (or sailor), foreman or sergeant to the rank of senior sergeant or chief foreman, and only the Minister of Defense has the right to represent an officer, midshipman or ensign to lieutenant colonel or captain of the second rank.
Military training in institutions of secondary and vocational (primary and secondary) education must take place without fail. An exception can only be a refusal in connection with religious beliefs. But for all the others, the rules are the same - compulsory preparation in the last two years of study. This training also includes military training camps. In this case, their duration is exactly five days or thirty-five training hours. At this time, students should study the life of employees, training elements (fire, drill, physical, medical), the organization of the service - guard and internal. This event is held on the basis of military units and formations or special centers for military training (if there are no military units in the area). The types of activities that students should engage in are daily field trips, to a shooting range (or shooting range). They are trained in gun ownership, shooting. In this process, pedagogical workers (workers of training points) are involved.
The appeal for military training is divided into several stages: selection of citizens, their notification, medical examination, transportation from the military registration and enlistment office to the place where the training is held, and vice versa. The costs of the “storekeepers” associated with paying for travel, renting a house in a new place, as well as compensation for a possible loss of wages are paid by the state.
Evasion of military training is fraught with administrative responsibility - a fine from one hundred to five hundred rubles. An exception is an absence for valid reasons (illness, serious condition of relatives, etc.).
Some citizens for legitimate reasons do not attend military training. These include:
- women;
- booked by public authorities or self-government;
- employees of authorities, fire safety, institutions of the criminal system, as well as bodies controlling the circulation of narcotic drugs, customs authorities ;
- civilian personnel serving the Armed Forces;
- composition of the Navy, flight crew;
- engaged in sowing or harvesting;
- employees of pedagogical institutions;
- students in full-time or part-time;
- dismissed from military service;
- fathers of three or more children;
- members of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation;
- past alternative service.
The list is quite impressive. In addition, the military commissioner, for good reason, may exempt from conscription.
