You need to go into your browser settings and set the blank page as a universal start page. For each browser, this happens in its own way.
For Opera: open a special tab "tools", select "settings" at the very end of the menu that opens, and in the window that opens, the tab in the "general" menu and the "Home page" line should be empty.
For Enternet Explorer: open the “service” tab and select “Internet options”. Then, the settings menu is at the bottom, and in the window that opens, select the “General” tab, where the “Home page" is selected with the "empty" button.
For Mozilla Firefox: Choose the tools, then the settings and the main thing. There we change the start page.
Thus, by setting a standard blank page, the page loading speed when opening a browser is significantly increased.
