Over their nearly thirty-year history of the organized crime group of Ulyanovsk, strong, ambiguous people have been repeatedly led out of the leaders. A strong gangster who decided to collect all the brigades of the Right Bank in one fist was a man nicknamed Tosya, who lived in a large house on the Moscow highway. This was an atypical person. In the early 90's. became the leader of the Sapli organized crime group and one of the most influential authorities in the Far East. However, then he was taken into the army, and the group quickly lost ground. Returning, he began to restore his lost position, becoming a real bandit. I must say that such fates were typical for the authorities of the criminal world of Ulyanovsk, as well as for the whole country. They either died from a bullet, or in prison, unable to withstand the regime.

As a rule, they behaved calmly with other groups of informal associations. Representatives of sexual minorities have never been loved, although there are virtually no such people in Ulyanovsk (in any case, they do not advertise their presence). Also, members of gangs do not express hostility on ethnic and religious grounds.
Skirmishes
Clashes between representatives of warring and even neutral organized crime groups are now not uncommon. Most often, the basis of the feud that has begun is an attempt to increase one's own territory and increase the area of ​​influence. Such a picture was observed in 2007 near school No. 12, where disassemblies of the nearby Saplya and Sands organized crime groups took place. As a result, several bandits were taken to the hospital.
Another reason for enmity is the clarification of belonging to a particular association. The Center-KamAZ group (Ulyanovsk) is used to instantly solve problems.
Recently, in the beginning of the spring of the current year, as a result of the criminal squabbles of this group, a student at a railway technical school was killed. And there are a lot of similar examples. True, often clashes occur simply because of everyday trifles.
