- power steering fluid.
The work procedure consists of the following steps:
- With the engine turned off, you need to raise the hood and remove the tank. It must be inspected for damage.
- Disconnect the return hose and drain the fluid from the tank into the container by placing a cloth so that oil does not get on the car parts.
- Connect the rubber tube to the connector for the return hose and remove old oil through it.
- Jack the front wheels for easy turning, start the engine and after a while (5-6 minutes) you need to make a few turns of the steering wheel to the extreme position, until the remaining old fluid is completely poured
- Reconnect the return hose and reinstall the tank. Then pour new fluid to the max mark. It is important to use the recommended brand of funds in the instructions for the car.
- Start the engine and continue to turn the wheels so that air escapes from the tank.
