After working in Astrakhan for a year, he decided to quit and go to Murmansk, where television was just emerging, so he decided to become a host. This program adequately passed more than one test in its entire history and even became shorter by ten minutes, but nevertheless remained on the air and survived to this day. In addition to his star project, Victor from 1960 to 1990 hosted a program called The Musical Globe. In 1970, “Record on Your Tape Recorders” aired for two years, the voice of which was also Tatar.
