From the age of sixteen he began to become seriously interested in cooking. Later he entered the Technical College with a degree in Hotel Management.
After graduation, he worked as a hotel manager, then as a cook in small restaurants. He studied world cuisines, mainly French. This allowed him to become a chef in one expensive Paris restaurant. Later, he worked as a personal cook on a yacht of a rich man and for a long time lived in Bermuda.
In 1998, Gordon opened his first restaurant in Scotland. Then a few more appeared in England and Dubai.
And in 2008, he conquered America, opening a restaurant in Los Angeles. Since then, Ramsey’s career has developed more rapidly. He became a frequent guest on television. He led various culinary programs and master classes. And in 2010 he became the ideological inspirer of the new project - "Master Chef America".
The presenters, whose names the whole world soon learned, as well as Gordon, represented the color of the culinary world.
Graham Eliot
The presenter was born in 1977 in Seattle. He began to live on his own early, working for the first time in a bar. Then he entered the culinary school and graduated with success.
Since 2004, Eliot has already worked in the country's top rated restaurants. In 2007, he became a participant in the battle of culinary professionals and became famous as the King of Desserts. A year later, opened his own restaurant.
Leading "Master Chef America" after the project was released, they acquired new customers in their establishments, but Graham is more successful in this regard than his colleagues. And all because he appears in the show as a good man rather than a tough critic.
Joe Bastianich
We can say that this guy took over the family business. His parents (Italians) were famous restaurateurs in their homeland. Joe studied the art of cooking also in Italy.
