Authorities of Yaroslavl: crime, showdown, arrests, deadlines, lists with photos

"Cop City" - that’s what the dashing 90s called one of the largest cities in Russia, Yaroslavl. And this name does not mean that the police were able to completely suppress the activities of the criminal authorities of Yaroslavl, but that the local Organized Crime Control Department found a way to use their showdowns for their personal needs. Over time, law enforcement agencies were able to subjugate the city to their power, but all this was done on the blood shed by local authorities who went to unimaginable crimes to establish their dominance. It is about the most famous criminal authorities of Yaroslavl of the 90s and the present that will be discussed in this article.

Historical reference

Crime bosses

The first signs of the emergence of criminal groups in the city of Yaroslavl appeared at the same time as throughout the rest of Russia in the late 80s. It was then that the first photos of the criminal authorities of Yaroslavl appeared in the press - and they were truly diverse. However, in reality, it all started with simple sport - this city has always been famous for its high-quality and strong school of Greco-Roman and classical wrestling, which gave the country a large number of world champions. It was from their midst that the first authorities of Yaroslavl began to appear.

Kudryash

90s gangs

The first person who could truly boldly call himself the authority of Yaroslavl was Sergey Kudryashov, who took the unpretentious nickname Kudryash. It was he who was able to combine under his leadership several failed athletes.

Their elevation was not a surprise - during the gradual collapse of the USSR, the situation in the country was extremely unstable, and all disputes were resolved exclusively with fists. In this, the athletes, although former, were not equal. Kudryashov himself, according to people who knew him, was a rather intelligent person. He was not only a military man, but also graduated from the Anti-aircraft anti-aircraft school. It was he who not only brought people together, but also began to collect tribute from merchants and cooperatives in the markets, which later gave rise to the common phrase "Kudryash roof".

Unfortunately, he chose completely unethical methods for this - even in the gangster environment he was called an absolute lawless one, since he pressed people on a very fine line. He was the first to take people to the wastelands outside the city and to show them the scenes of the murder of those who refused to pay tribute. It is clear that they did not endure such a person for a long time, therefore already in 1992 he was killed by a car explosion.

Gulida and Fracture

The next authorities to take power in Yaroslavl were Dmitry Gulida and Vyacheslav Perelomov. Gulida himself inherited his power from Kudryash, as he was considered his best friend and closest person. However, he could not retain power on his own, so he turned to the head of the criminal teams, Perelom. This man was not a native of the sports environment, but a true felon who lived "according to concepts." His first suspended term was in childhood. Gradually, the boundaries between their groups began to disappear, but in 1993 Gulida was shot by an unknown person, Fracture sat down for three and a half years for storing weapons. So their joint power came to an end.

Goblin

Taking a bandit

After the death of two criminal authorities in Yaroslavl, the city was temporarily threatened by the division of territories. There were no more authoritative personalities, so serious unrest began that could spill over into the rivers of blood. However, Oleg Tumantsev came to the fore here, who took the nickname Leshy for himself. In fact, it is a little incomprehensible how this drunkard and drug addict was able to assert his authority, but he still managed to do it. His group included former criminals who were ready to do everything, even kill. In fact, he said that he would give them a good life.

His first act as an authority was to end conflicts between factions, as he clearly saw that this was only in the hands of competitors and the police. Another unpopular decision was the establishment of a single citywide common fund. This financial reform led to the fact that everyone had to unfasten the percentage in it, which many did not like.

In addition, Leshii had one big drawback - he was not a "thief in law", that is, according to the rules, he could not lead. To avoid displacement, he invited to Yaroslavl the then-known thief in the country - Pachuna, or Yuri Pachuashvili. It was he who became the keeper of the common fund and acted as a consultant to Leshii. However, a number of such unpopular decisions of the new leader led to only one thing - his displacement.

However, at the beginning of the reign of Lesha everything was calm enough. However, in 1994, a sudden wave of murders began, which further shook his throne. First, the head of the Delta club was killed, then the head of the Chechen group was in danger, and on the last day of the year his associate, Pachuna, was killed along with his minor stepson. It is believed that Leshii simply could not hold power alone, in particular, because of his love for drugs, the money for which he took from the common fund. Gradually, several brigades began to break away, led by new authorities.

The “friendship” of Leshiy with the authority of Yaroslavl Sergey Kolyasnikov is interesting. During the reign of Tumantsev, it was he who with the help of the Ryazan criminal world supplied him with weapons and ammunition, but in the end Kolyasnikov nevertheless passed the cron and acted as a witness. In the end, for this he was also sent to the colony.

Eranets

Prison cell

The first to break away from the group was Alexander Erantsev. Most of the athletes left with him, since he himself was a former master of sports. His position attracted the attention of local merchants who preferred to walk under the roof of this particular authority. His group went about its own way - it was not allowed to smoke, drink or take drugs. In fact, his people shied away even from excessive cruelty, and therefore preferred only to get a little confused in crime. Even the police directly admitted that there was no murder or any blood on his gang. It is believed that he was closely acquainted with the famous thief in law Vyacheslav Sliva, and through him with Yaponchik, as well as with Sasha Sever. However, after the showdown, which began in 1995, and the death of Leshii from an overdose, Eranets was forced to run. Soon, law enforcement agencies began to actively supervise him, and therefore he simply could not return to Yaroslavl. Ultimately, a photo of the authority of Yaroslavl, but already dead, appeared in Moscow newspapers, but it happened many years later.

Oleg Toropov

Oleg Toropov is the criminal authority of Yaroslavl, as well as an accomplice of Erants in relations with Assyrian groups. This is a recognized fact with which it is impossible to argue, but on his own he practically did not become famous. In this regard, his friendship with one of the most famous thieves in law - Alexander Severov, or Sasha Sever, is more important. What is curious, many people living during his activities continue to consider him a very good person, by the standards of the criminal environment. It is believed that he died from an overdose of drugs in 2011.

Swan and Osip

Disassembling the lads

Almost simultaneously with Eranets, a gang was formed by two other authorities - Vladimir Lebed and Oleg Osipov. They had only recently been released, after being imprisoned for 3 years for extortion, and now they wanted to seize their share. Their group included all those who were unhappy with Erantz and Leshim. At that time it was a lot of people. They acted for a relatively short time - shortly after the death of Leshoy, they first shot Swan in a restaurant, and then the authorities took Osip for possession of weapons. It is curious, but soon he was released on his own recognizance, but he did not live long - a week later he and his wife were shot dead in his own house.

Yuri Tikhonov

The third party in this conflict was Yuri Tikhonov. In fact, it is impossible to even fully understand if he really could be considered a criminal authority or not. He was a very famous businessman in the city, and in addition to this, he was also a deputy of the regional Duma and the city municipality, that is, a very powerful person. For the police, he was simply unattainable, moreover, his gang from all the others was always apart. But in practice, the activities of his firms were very illegal - he bought real estate, shares of Yaroslavl enterprises, he also oversaw prostitution and had close ties with Moscow groups. He was killed in his own Mercedes in the summer of 1995.

Reign of law enforcement

Farewell to authority

After all the main characters were killed, and Eranets simply fled the city, in Yaroslavl there were no such influential authorities who could bend the rest under themselves. Law enforcement authorities directly admitted that the crime remains, but it already does not have so much power. The era of the reign of the police began, which the remaining members of the groups directly recognized. They even now do not allow them to particularly express themselves, suppressing attempts to take power in the bud. However, it is surprising that in the affairs of Moscow groups, which now have power over organized crime in the city, they simply practically do not get involved. Most of the remaining local authorities are people from the Yerantsev gang, as well as members of the Chechen community. The bloody redistribution of territories that killed many lives was over.

Present

Modern police

Almost no one now recalls the criminal authorities of Yaroslavl. This is primarily due to the fact that now more than ever the power of the local police is strong here. However, this is just one of the factors that affects the current situation. And the second is also quite simple - the criminal authorities of Yaroslavl today are completely subordinate to Moscow groups, and therefore local bandits are simply not allowed to power. An oil refinery and other large enterprises of the city are under the auspices of the Solntsevo and Kuntsevo groups. This state of affairs completely happened due to the fact that the above disassembly of the city authorities was very bloody, and therefore a large number of large local authorities were killed.

Conclusion

At the moment, there simply does not exist such a strong and influential criminal who could wrest power in Yaroslavl from the hands of Muscovites and law enforcement agencies, although minor unrest sometimes occurs. However, they simply cannot have a strong influence on the city and the power it has.
