- fresh champignons - enough 200 g;
- greens;
- some cream (30%) and mayonnaise (to taste).

Step number 1. We washed and sliced mushrooms spread in a pan, pouring oil. There we send the onion cubes. Turn on medium heat. As soon as the onion gets a golden hue, add the carrots, crushed in a cube.

Step number 3. In a bowl, combine the cream with mayonnaise. Add chopped greens and a sprig of onion. Sprinkle it all with spices.
