Now a few words about the presence of unwanted garbage on the device. This mainly concerns the bootloader, the Play Market application cache and related services and platforms (most often this refers to the Framework component).
In this case, the error RH-01 is eliminated by entering the application section, where you need to select the "All" section, and then find the "Download Manager". After entering the editing of its parameters, the service needs to be stopped, data erased and the cache cleared. Exactly the same operations must be done with the described applet and related services (Framework and Google services). After installation is complete, launch the mobile applet, and then completely remove the Play Market application. Next, you need to find a trusted site on the Internet that promotes software products for Android systems, download the application installation file in APK format from it, copy it to the device and install it. As practice shows, this method gives a positive effect in 99 percent of cases out of 100.
But when even this does not help, you really have to perform a complete reset. It goes without saying that you can take advantage of the system. But it’s better to choose a specialized computer program developed by the manufacturer for your device. For example, for the Sony Xperia line of devices, you can install the Xperia Companion utility and select software recovery to perform, after which the original firmware will be downloaded and installed. Depending on the model and system configuration of the time, this will take from 30 minutes to one hour (or even less).
But such programs can not be used. Many users prefer, so to speak, "heavy artillery" in the form of a Hard Reset. Well, there’s nothing wrong with this approach. In general, the result will be the same.
