How to catch crucian carp

But in order for fishing to be catchy, you need to choose the right place.
Even with the warming of water bodies up to about eight degrees, crucian carp, starting to gradually become active, rushes to the bait, and at a
higher temperature there is generally excellent fishing. In the spring, you can start fishing for a float rod, feeder or other tackle from mid-March. Moreover, luck depends primarily on climatic conditions.
Features of fishing
Once in a few days the weather is fine in the region, seasoned fishermen rush to the ponds. They already know: they are provided with good fishing for crucian carp.
On a float fishing rod this fish is most often fished near islands of reeds. Moreover, the depth of the reservoir in such places should be small: from fifty centimeters to one and a half meters. Fishing rod

Its purpose is the delivery of fishing line, equipped with a float with a hook to the desired point on the lake, hooking and pulling production from the water. Fishing technique
Catching crucian carp in the spring - with a fishing rod or any other tackle - involves mandatory feeding of prey. Many prepare the luring mixes themselves. At the same time, experienced fishermen do not advise making large balls, preferring to throw lure in small portions, doing this in the process of fishing. Blind lumps should be thrown to the place where the float is then delivered.
As soon as the fish is hooked, it must be immediately removed from the snag or other vegetation, pulling it to the surface of the water. Crucian will definitely resist, but he will soon get tired and roll over on his side. In this fishing, very careful cutting is done so that the hook does not break the weak lips of the prey.
Very often in the spring, before swallowing the bait, the fish simply tries it, and then the float reacts to this with a little tremor. It is not worth doing a hook at this moment, because the crucian has not yet swallowed the hook. But as soon as you see that the float has emerged, you need to respond instantly. Small crucians, as a rule, do not resist, but large specimens tend to enter grass or snag, floundering in the water. And if they succeed, then, most likely, there will be a break in the fishing line. Sometimes this fish manages to break it even with a dorsal float.
