This is convenient not only for viewing photos, but also for clearer display of text and graphics, smoothing curves and expanding the capabilities of the iPhone X to demonstrate another important change in its technology: the OLED panel. This is not the highest resolution on a smartphone, but it is one of the highest quality displays you will find.
OLED has been used in smartphones for several years, but the only use of this technology before the iPhone X was the Apple Watch. Its implementation in the iPhone is also similar to a watch, with ink-deep black and clear sharp colors, only on a much larger scale. The screen is bright, crisp and very impressive, even in bright sunlight. Compared to other flagship devices, this is one of the best displays that work perfectly in all conditions.
