Aigle Azur: Russian traveler reviews

Some travelers from Russia have already managed to take advantage of its services in our market for 3 years of operation of the airline. In the work of the airline, they highlight both positive and negative points.

Of the positive, you can name:

  • low cost of flights;
  • professionalism of pilots;
  • politeness and delicacy of cabin crew;
  • the novelty of the fleet;
  • high-quality, acceptable food;
  • a small number of delays and cancellations of flights;
  • the presence of children's travel kits;
  • the ability to choose seats when buying tickets.

Most of the passengers from the negative moments highlight the inconvenience of seats. Travelers also note that the quality of charter transportation sometimes leaves much to be desired: children are not offered travel kits, and in the salons it is rather dirty and untidy. However, these shortcomings do not apply to regular flights.

Aigle Azur is one of the oldest private airlines in France, which was created in the post-war years. Over the 70 years of the airline's existence, its name has changed three times. Now the carrier is organizing regular and seasonal passenger flights from France to the settlements of Europe and North Africa. In general, passengers are satisfied with the quality of the airline. However, most people report flaws in organizing seasonal flights.
