In the city of Kharkov (Ukraine) on the 12th of April in 1965 a boy was born in the Komissarov family, who was named Valery. His childhood and youth passed in his native city. He studied at a regular secondary school. After her graduation, he entered the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys. He received a qualified specialist diploma in 1987. At the same time, Valery Komissarov is studying at the Institute for Advanced Studies of Broadcasting Workers, where he acquires the specialty of “director”.
Start of work
In 1987, the young Komissarov came to work at the Lublin Foundry and Mechanical Plant. In parallel, he still works at the Institute for the Design of Metallurgical Enterprises. Dreams of working in the media haunt Valery, and in 1988 they begin to come true.
TV career
