Veon ("Beeline") collected not so many reviews, since it had barely managed to appear, but had already made a lot of noise.
Did it become popular due to its quality, or is it the merits of the marketing department?

Before we look at the messenger itself, it’s worth understanding where “legs grow” from. Veon was known before. This company is also called VimpelCom Ltd. It controls telecommunications assets in several countries. This can include most of the CIS countries, Asia, Africa, now Italy is joining them.

But it’s precisely for the owners of the Beeline mobile operator that almost full operation is available without spending traffic. That is, if you are a Beeline subscriber, you can call, chat, send files and watch videos for free.
Not just a messenger
As already mentioned, the Beon Veon app is not an absolute messenger. Correspondence is only one tenth of its possibilities. The application easily works as a multimedia service, affiliate platform and “store” of promotions and discounts.

You can’t say much about the interface, since it is quite simple here. Everything is made in white and yellow. All the time there is a messenger logo. But there are some differences regarding other similar utilities, since this is a media platform. The main page is busy with a news feed. There is something similar on social networks. Here not only chats appear with your friends, but also news, promotional offers and new films.

To start talking with someone, just click on the icon in the upper right corner. It is similar to those that you have already seen in emails. You can also open contacts and see the names of friends who have already installed Veon. Opposite their name will be an icon, as is the case with other instant messengers.

Of course, appearance is a subjective matter, but everything looks very successful. There are no details that would annoy.
If you started a conversation with someone, then you need to know about message indicators. If you see one checkmark under it - the message was sent to the server, if two - then the user received it, if two blue - it means he read it.
Interestingly, if you do not want your interlocutors to learn about the messages you read, you can disable this feature in the settings.
Group chat is unremarkable. He is exactly like an individual. The name of the group is indicated above, then the messages of all the participants are displayed.
In the chats you will find everything you need for interesting communication. There is a collection of smiles, and gifs, and photos with clips. Calls

So far, there is no way to create your own channels, as Telegram has.
