However, on the other hand, some rules for wearing lenses are also required. In particular, you need to know how to remove the lens so as not to harm the eyes and not damage the lenses themselves.
Contact lenses should be inserted after the makeup process is completed. Remove the lenses first. Before you remove the lens, you need a little preparation. To begin with, wash your hands well, because the main thing in this matter is cleanliness and sterility. Prepare a vessel with a solution for storing contact lenses in advance, place a clean napkin or soft towel on a smooth surface of the table (preferably a colored one, so that the lens does not get lost on a white background).

As already mentioned, the main thing when dealing with contact lenses is sterility. But the texture of the napkin or towel material with which you wipe your hands also matters. The fabric should be soft and lint free. The villi after wiping will remain on your fingers and may get on the lenses. In specialized stores selling optics there are special napkins, do not spare money for them. They can be used both before removing the lenses and after removing them to wipe the contact lenses.
Never wash your makeup off before removing the lenses. Despite the fact that modern makeup removers are very delicate and delicate, they can adversely affect lenses. And makeup tampons can cause invisible scratches to the surface. Be sure to follow the terms for wearing contact lenses. If the manufacturer indicates a period of use of 2-3 months, follow this. Modern contact lenses can be worn at least around the clock, but it will be better to remove them during sleep - this will give your eyes a rest.
