Location
It can be said that on the northern outskirts of the city is the Platovsky residential complex (Rostov-on-Don). The address of the land allotted for its development was as follows: Pervomaisky district, Musorgsky street / Alyabyev lane. Now the first houses already handed over are assigned to Teryaev Street. They were assigned letters 9, 8, 5 and 7, and the house with letter 6 was assigned to Timofeev street. On the west side, the neighbor of the complex is the Cosmos Garden Association, from the south and east - the areas of Kamyshevakh and Aksai. Transport accessibility
It is not very convenient for residents of the Platovsky residential complex to reach the central areas of the city. For motorists, the transport accessibility of the Platovsky residential complex can be called conditionally favorable. Next to the complex is the Shchepkinskoye highway, passing into the Alyabyev lane, which is certainly convenient. In addition, it is easy to drive from the complex onto the Don highway and get to the city center via it. But traffic jams often occur on these highways, which increases the length of the trip to / from work.
Ecology
The nature around is one of the significant advantages of the Platovsky residential complex. Rostov-on-Don has a developed industry, but all enterprises are concentrated closer to the city center and are at a considerable distance from Platovsky.
But natural objects from the complex are located very close. So, it’s only 500 meters to the Rostov Sea, less than 800 meters to the Shchepkinsky forest, and less than 1 kilometer to the beach on the Rostov Sea and the forest park immediately behind it.
In large cities, the ecology is worsened by the flow of cars on the roads. LCD "Platovsky" and with this was lucky, because next to the complex there is only one more or less stressful highway.

VKB New Buildings is a fairly well-known agglomerate engaged in the construction of real estate not only in Rostov, but also in Krasnodar, Anapa, Sochi. The developer has dozens of commissioned facilities, including housing complexes, schools, hospitals, kindergartens, sports facilities, and all the companies included in VKB New Buildings strive to always comply with the deadlines and perform the work efficiently.
Complex infrastructure
RC “Platovsky” in Rostov-on-Don, according to the general plan, consists of 5 buildings with storeys from 16 to 19. In the future, another 14-15 buildings of different floors will be built next. In this LC, the infrastructure is not very rich and includes only well-maintained house sections. Here flowers, shrubs and trees will be planted, tiled paths laid, benches installed. At the moment there is no very developed infrastructure in the immediate vicinity of the Platovsky residential complex (Rostov-on-Don). Responses of residents note that building social facilities on the territory of the complex is a vital concern. Of all that is now nearby, it is a veterinary clinic 450 meters from the LCD, and two grocery stores, respectively, 650 and 500 meters. The nearest kindergartens (private and municipal) are within a radius of 1,500 meters, the nearest schools and clinics are within a radius of 2,000 meters. Complex design
A simple, but at the same time stylish design is the Platovsky LCD (Rostov-on-Don). The photo shows the facade of one of the buildings. According to the designers, the complex is an economy class housing. House litera 5 is two-sectional, has 19 floors; houses of letters 7 and 8 are three-sectional, erected in 16 floors; houses of letters 6 and 9 are also three-sectional, erected in 17 floors. The construction of all buildings was carried out with the installation of a powerful foundation pillow on reinforced concrete piles, the construction of the letters 7, 8, 6 and 9 was carried out using the panel-frame method, and letter 5 was performed using the monolithic method. At the same time, the thickness of the outer walls is sustained 250 mm, taking into account the internal insulation up to 80 mm. Outside, the facades of buildings are decorated with ceramic tiles. Each house has spacious entrance areas equipped with two elevators. They were installed by Soyuzliftmontazh-South. All communications are connected to the buildings, the sewage system is embedded in the city network, heat will be supplied to the apartments from its own boiler room.
Floor plans
In the Platovsky residential complex, all apartments are for rent with a final finish (laminate is laid on the floor, wallpaper is glued on the walls, plastered ceilings (their height is 2.6 meters), communications are laid out, meters, radiators, interior doors are installed, fire safety sensors are connected, balconies and loggias are glazed, the bathrooms have wall tiles, toilet bowls, washbasins and bathtubs are installed, in the kitchens the wall tiles are laid on the working wall, an electric stove and a sink are installed.
The categories of apartments are as follows:
- one-room - the area is from 41 m 2 to 44 m 2 ;
- two-room apartments - 75 m 2 ;
- three-room apartments - S = 85 m 2 .
Balconies or loggias are provided in each apartment. In all “odnushki” the toilet and bathtub are combined, in “odnushki” there are options for both combined and separate bathrooms and bathtubs, in all “odnushki” the bathtub and toilet are only separate. The average area of kitchens in this residential complex is 11-17 m2, the average area of the halls is 6 m2.
Purchase
The construction of LCD "Platovsky" in Rostov comes to an end. At the stage of excavation, a square meter of housing here cost from 30,000 to 33,000 rubles. Now only a few apartments in letters 6 and 9 remain in free sale. A square meter of housing in them (according to the sales department) costs from 36,700 to 43,600 rubles. Currently, all buildings have passed state acceptance, received acts of acceptance into operation. In letters 7 and 8, many tenants have already entered their apartments. In letter 5 there is a settlement. In letters 6 and 9, the stage of acceptance of apartments by their owners has begun. It runs mostly smoothly, because the builders have practically no defects and defects in their work. The developer has appointed the final issuance of keys to the beginning of the second quarter of this year.
The entire complex (with landscaping and infrastructure) should be completed by the end of 2017.

- in apartments often does not work heating;
- water may not rise to the upper floors;
- after signing the acceptance certificate, the builders did not correct all the violations noted;
- no infrastructure.
Those who are still waiting for the treasured keys, note such shortcomings:
- delay in delivery deadlines;
- some apartments have poorly glazed balconies and poorly sealed construction joints.
