The realities of modern life are such that many of us spend more and more time on social networks. Thus they find old acquaintances, former fellow students, colleagues, meet new people. Sometimes they are found in real life. The lists of social networks are very extensive, only in Russia there are about a hundred items. Some of them are international and may be available in several languages.
There are so many of them that no one is trying to classify them. One of these attempts is presented below, but the lists of social networks are presented here mixed up, without any sorting. Nearby can be very different - super-popular and only gaining momentum. You’ve heard some of them all the time, and you’ll hear about some for the first time.

The lists of social networks are a small part of a large list. They are by no means talking about their ranking, prestige. In Russia, among users 12–54 years old, a survey was conducted that revealed where lovers chat most of all spend their time. All known social networks were offered. As you can see, there are even resources for children from five to twelve years old. So far, there have only been some places for retirees to communicate online. But this is good. Let them not lose touch with those younger than them. And the lists of social networks in the future will grow several times. Popular ones will become even more popular, while some will disappear. Everything goes according to the laws of life. Just do not forget that
communication on the Internet is not enough for the full development of man. He often makes us lonely and evil. Therefore, do not forget about real life.
